About the event

Facilitator

Rt. Rev. Dr. Mary Francis Drake, MA, MSW, DMin, is Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Ubiquity University; Senior Adjunct Faculty of Psychology and Sociology at the University of

Massachusetts Lowell; Founder and Co-Director of the Sacred Balance Spiritual Community; hospice worker, and psychospiritual counselor/spiritual director. She is the author of five books and the mother of three young adults. She lives in southern Vermont in an intentional community for elderwomen.

Mary Francis Drake will share stories of spiritual and intuitive experiences that she has included in her newest book, ‘Take Heart: Encouragement from the Visions; Visitations of a Modern Mystic.’ The purpose of sharing these experiences is to validate others who have had them and to discuss techniques, times, and places whereby one might enhance their connection to the invisible realms.

Topics will include lucid dreaming, bilocation, communication with the deceased, liminal spaces, places, and times, interdimensional travel, and communicating with beings of the land (faeries), the cosmos (angels, saints, divine beings), and the galaxies (intergalactic beings).

As we age, we generally have more time, interest, and sensitivity to interdimensional energies. These exchanges can bring comfort, guidance, courage, and adventure to our everyday lives.

Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, the founder of Sage-ing, believed that extended longevity calls for extended consciousness. He said, “The next phase of evolution will unfold our intuitive capacities, making us more permeable to the sacred in daily life.”

“If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear as it is…infinite.”

William Blake
